When you join or contact POWS, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, address, emergency contact and enquiry details so we can create and safely manage your membership.

Member face photo
A clear member face photo is required for membership administration and secure check-in. It is stored against the member’s protected POWS account and is available only to the member and authorised POWS staff for those purposes.
Membership and app data
POWS records membership status, plan, payments, check-ins, training activity and information you choose to add to the app. Access is restricted to the member and authorised staff according to their role.
Payments
Online card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure checkout and are not stored by POWS. If staff accept an exceptional cash payment, POWS records the amount, date, plan and staff audit entry but does not create card data.
Your choices
You can ask what information POWS holds about you, request corrections or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern by contacting the gym.
