Website and membership terms
The practical terms for using the POWS website, app and membership services.
Membership activation
A membership begins after a valid card payment is confirmed by Stripe or authorised POWS staff record an agreed cash payment. Access continues only while the membership is active and paid through the recorded date.
Member details and check-in
Members must provide accurate contact, date of birth, emergency contact and face-photo information. The face photo is used for secure membership administration and check-in and must show the member clearly.
Existing memberships
Existing Vagaro members keep their current arrangement unless a change is expressly agreed. A Stripe-managed membership must be changed through Stripe or the member portal and cannot be silently replaced by a cash record.
Health and training
Exercise carries risk. Seek appropriate professional advice before beginning a new programme and tell POWS staff about relevant limitations before training.
